Requirements
- English proficiency level: Advanced (C1) or more
- Free time (~6-8 hours a day)

Responsibilities
- Communication with users when it is possible to provide correct feedback through the Support system
- Coordination of users on gaming and environmental issues through the Support system
- Collection and execution of documentation for applications to the Support system
- Transfer of information to a significant manager and / or PM for verification of data on use, as well as to provide assistance in use on a large scale (losses of items / characters, payments, rewards, events, etc.)
- Fulfillment of instructions of the responsible manager and / or PM
