Assisting customers who have a problem with a product, payment, and so on.


  1. English proficiency level: Advanced (C1) or more
  2. Free time (~6-8 hours a day)

  5. Pedantry, scrupulousness
  6. Stress resistance, perseverance
  7. The ability to structure text according to meaning
  8. Ability to conduct a correct, formal dialogue


  1. Communication with users when it is possible to provide correct feedback through the Support system
  2. Coordination of users on gaming and environmental issues through the Support system
  3. Collection and execution of documentation for applications to the Support system
  4. Transfer of information to a significant manager and / or PM for verification of data on use, as well as to provide assistance in use on a large scale (losses of items / characters, payments, rewards, events, etc.)
  5. Fulfillment of instructions of the responsible manager and / or PM
