In this update, we’d like to clarify the current situation and address a few pressing questions:
- Global Game Update – We are actively preparing materials for the upcoming update and working hard to release it as soon as possible, so you can enjoy the new content coming in the near future. In the global update, you can expect: exciting new events and tournaments, the continuation of story quests and character level increases, new schools, a dual-school choice option, and much more! 🥳😇
We will be sharing more news related to the global update to give you a closer look at the upcoming features before the global version is released. ♥ - Weaver Shop – We are aware of the issues with point tallying during spins in the Weaver Shop on the Elysium server, and we're working on resolving them. Since the technical team needs time to identify the cause, we are providing prompt support through Angels (help.infiplay.com) for players' convenience.
- Extra Gift – Currently, the extra Bound Vouchers bonus is not being awarded when purchasing Gold Vouchers. We are working on fixing this issue, and starting from 00:00 on 10/31/2024, the "Extra Gift" bonus will be correctly applied. Please note that this bonus is only available for the first purchase of each Gold Voucher (in the Recharge window) and does not apply to subsequent purchases.
- US Server Merge – We've received many requests to merge the Legend and Shadow servers. However, this procedure is not possible because the servers are in different regions. This setup ensures a comfortable gaming experience and minimizes lag, stuttering, and freezes that may occur due to the servers' distance from players.
