New school in Moonlight Blade - Strategist
Wudang Strategist is a school of orthodontic Taoism lineage, adhering to the belief that "the Tao is not far from oneself, for one's true self is dwelling inside one's heart; martial arts should be mastered naturally, the universe and man are as one", using their sword to guide the Qi. Just as the saying goes, "those without true might shall not be".
School Master: Zhang Meng
Zhang Meng, the founder of the Strategists, was born into a scholarly family. Yet he failed many times in the imperial scholar tests. After the countless failures, he met Fu Yaozi, a delirious Taoist in the mountains of Xiangzhou. Later, he developed the skill of Shadow, and switched to practicing martial arts. Since then, he has travelled all over the world, and even visited the Swordsmen, and made friends with Feng Wu, Dugu Feiyun and others.
After Fu Yaozi passed away, Zhang Meng spent ten years in self-cultivation and finally had his epiphany of a lifetime - "How could Taoism exist if the world is not in peace?" So, following Fu Yaozi's manual scripts, he found Jiushiyan in Mount Strategists, and established the School of Strategists. This place is surrounded by steep mountains shrouded in green pines, clouds and mists. The Strategists disciples would meditate amongst the sea of clouds.
Skill: Strategists use the energy of Yin and Yang. In battle, the "Yin" regenerates over time and is used to cast the sect skill Shadow. When the skill hits the enemy, the "Yang" increases. When the Yang is full, Strategists can trigger Flush, significantly enhancing the effects of subsequent skills.
Use softness to overcome rigidity, intertwining Yin and Yang with each other. Strategists' skills, when combined with the Shadow effect, are powerful but have a slower activation. Landing critical hits with key skills requires making certain predictions about your opponent's actions.
