Resolving technical issues
Thank you for your responsiveness and timely feedback on the following issues:
1. Incorrect rewards distribution for the "Ranking Surge" rating:
We have urgently investigated this matter, and players who received incorrect rewards at the end of the event will soon be granted the missing rewards.
2. Absence of the Guild Tournament event on the US servers:
The check on the proper functioning of the Guild Tournament guild event has been successfully completed. Currently, the event is operating normally, and warriors playing on US servers will receive a compensation letter shortly, in the form of:
- Bind Voucher*300
- Epitaph Key of Predestination Shard*105
- Guild Contribution*600
- Haihe Token*3600
3. Character Display
Thanks to everyone who reported this issue. We are currently investigating the cause and working on a solution.
4. Textual Errors
In the upcoming update, character names, some quests, and other textual errors/typos will be corrected.
