Follow the instructions given below to fix the QuickBooks unable to back up the company file issue :

1.Open QuickBooks and select the File menu.
2.Choose the Utilities option.
3.Then select the Verify Data utility.
4.If you see “your data has lost integrity” on your window screen, it means your data is damaged, and you need to rebuild the data.
5.Again open the file menu, select Utilities.
6.After that, click Rebuild Data.
7.Wait for the rebuild to complete, and then try to back up again to check if the error is resolved.

If the error persists, dial 800-583-0572 and get immediate technical assistance from a QuickBooks Expert.
