How can I change the EFTPS password in QuickBooks?

Follow the steps given below to update the EFTPS password in QuickBooks:

  • Move to Payroll Center and click Pay Liabilities.
  • Select the federal liability to e-pay in the Pay Taxes & Other Liabilities.
  • Choose View/Pay.
  • Confirm e-payment is selected, then click e-pay.
  • Clear up Remember My Information for the next time checkbox.
  • Now, fill in the 4-digit pin and EFTPS password.
  • Enter all the information needed in the fields and click Submit.
