Saber Deification Sphere

I had reached level 83 so far, but i still seem to have a saber deification sphere and as well skill books for Saber.
The only part is it says for the saber deification sphere that i'll need to reach Saber rank 4.
The skill books says i need level x999 to be able to use them.

Can someone help me with this?

What level i shall be able to unlock Saber?

IF its after rebirth, have no worries.. will reach there in 4-5 months or so.
