[BUG] Spire etc missions break.

1. S1.Reside
2. 19-01-2020 4.05 PM
3. If some one joins into "spire" or any other instance which is "automatically" executed if its full. 
During arena or another instance, it will break it for all members.. after 1st level they cant progress, player who broke it, will get a message "all players must be in Spire map or so".. 

Steps.
1) Go to arena when Spire message is shown
2) click on Spire link at chat.
